Renegade's 3-Step Advanced Aluminum Polishing Kit combines some of our newest and most innovative buffing wheels and compounds to provide users with a complete 3-Step polishing process that provides a high-level mirror shine and luster on your aluminum surfaces.

The 3-Step Advanced Aluminum Polishing Kit is made up of a Orange Airway Buffing Wheel, a Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel, a Flannel Airway Buffing Wheel, a Junior T121 Fast-Cutting Compound Bar, a Junior True Green Coloring Compound Bar, and Junior Competition Purple Finishing Compound Bar. The kit also comes with a set of Safety Flanges for High Speed Polishing to help secure and mount the buffing wheels to your machine.

How to Use the 3-Step Advanced Aluminum Polishing Kit:

1. NOTE: Safety flanges should always be used when mounting a buffing wheel, and the buffing wheel rake should be used to prime the buffing wheel to accept compound and to free the buffing wheel of build-up when necessary.
2. Mount the Orange Airway Buffing Wheel onto your machine for the first step. Pair the Orange Airway Buffing Wheel with the T121 Fast-Cutting Compound Bar for your cut stage and run the combination around 3,000 RPMs 
3. For the second "cutting" stage, pair the Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel with the True Green Coloring Compound Bar. Use this combination to refine the first step and add luster to your project surface. This step should be done around 2,500 RPMs.
4. For the third "final polish" step, employ the Flannel Airway Buffing Wheel and pair it with the Competition Purple Finishing Compound Bar to gain a mirror-like shine on your project. When working with stainless steel, this step should be done around 1,800 RPMs.

• Safety is paramount. We strongly recommend wearing a respirator when polishing metal surfaces. Our recommended Full Face Respirator for metal polishing, priced at $100, offers excellent protection to ensure your well-being during the polishing process.
• The use of gloves is recommended to help keep your hands clean while also helping to provide some protection from the moving machine and pads.
