Attaches to a right angle grinder before sanding. The Rotary Sanding and Polishing Extender adds about 10″ to the angle grinder's attachment point, allowing the user to more easily work inside deep-dish wheels and hard-to-reach places. It is made with durable steel and aluminum components to last through all of your projects.
Attaching the Extender to a grinder
- Screw the female section down onto the right angle grinder/rotary machine.
- Place the buffing wheel or backing pad for your sanding discs onto the male end of the extension.
- Secure your buffing wheel or backing pad.
- Use rotating stabilizing handle to guide your buffing wheel or sanding disc as you extend into hard-to-reach spots.

Think this is going to be great
"Will have to make a piece to screw in to the female that will fit in my drill chuck when I’m not using it on the angle grinder and will probably make a piece to go on the male end to accept a half inch Jacob’s chuck for my sand o flex head so a little fiddling around to get it perfect for my use, but overall the unit appears to be very well made and nicely put together! I was able to find a nice 1/4” & 1/8” collet set with a 5/8x11 thread that will take the sand o flex so that should work great! If I can get my parts made I will probably buy another one ! It would be awesome if they made a 5/8x11 to 1/2”x20 adapter for that male end so u could put a 1/2” chuck on it."
