¡El kit de pulido de doble metal Q36 de Renegade llevará tu técnica de pulido al siguiente nivel!

Este kit incluye todo lo necesario para conseguir un brillo intenso en superficies de aluminio y acero inoxidable, utilizando los mismos productos que los pulidores profesionales usan a diario en sus talleres. Cómo utilizar el kit de pulido de metales dual Q36:

Paso 1

Prepare la superficie eliminando todos los contaminantes y/o residuos mediante lavado o con un limpiador suave.

Paso 2

Si es necesario , utilice los discos de lijado de grano 320 y 600 para eliminar arañazos profundos, picaduras o imperfecciones más severas de la superficie, como oxidación intensa, quemaduras químicas u óxido.

Paso 3

Utilice la rueda de pulido Red Airway de doble costura junto con el compuesto de pulido T121 Fast Cut Tripoli para comenzar la fase de corte, cuyo objetivo es eliminar las marcas de lijado y la oxidación superficial. Este paso debe realizarse a unas 3500 RPM en la mayoría de los casos.

Paso 4

La etapa de "color" del proceso de pulido (utilizando este kit) implicará el uso de la rueda de pulido Stitched Yellow Airway con el compuesto de un solo paso Q36 (Oliva) a aproximadamente 3000 RPM .

Paso 5

    "I first tried it on some stainless steel trim. It worked pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good. I believe it had to do with my surface prep and technique more than anything. I then used it in some aluminum trim and my results were outstanding! I first used the red wheel and brown rouge and was super impressed how things turned out. I haven’t used the other buffing wheels or rouges yet. I tried the spray polish on some Weld Pro Stars. Very impressive! Thanks"

    "For the kit it’s nice, love everything about it still got lots to learn about polishing aluminum but for the first jab at it didn’t do to bad a monkey can make anything shine but it takes time and knowledge to make them pure glass. Only thing I did not like about it was one of the sprayers wasn’t working but not a big deal at all (also used harbor freight tools) it does the job just fine as a first timer"
