Renegade Products USA Shipping Policy

At Renegade Products USA, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Available for all U.S. orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Optional upgrade at checkout. Call if option is not available.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Optional upgrade at checkout. Call if option is not available.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75 for any orders in the contiguous US. For orders under $75, carrier based rates will apply.
- Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please call for expedited options.
4. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: We ship to almost any country, if the checkout does not allow to you checkout please call us & we will be able to place the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
8. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
