Our Alcohol Prep Spray contains a straightforward blend of ingredients commonly found in these products:

• Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)

• This primary active ingredient makes up approximately 10% to 15% of the solution. IPA is highly effective at dissolving nonpolar compounds and leaves no oil traces behind. Its quick evaporation rate makes it a popular choice in the car care industry.

• Distilled Water:

• Comprising the remaining 85% to 90% of the solution, distilled water serves to dilute the high IPA concentration to a safe yet effective level. Using distilled water ensures no residue is left behind that could hinder the detailing process.

• Surfactants:

• Some alcohol prep sprays may include surfactants to enhance overall cleaning and application efficiency.

How to Use Alcohol Prep Spray

Incorporating an alcohol prep spray into your detailing routine is a straightforward process:

1. Prepare Your Vehicle: Start by prepping your vehicle, removing loose dirt and contaminants from the exterior surface using a car shampoo and water rinse.

2. Application: Spray the alcohol prep spray directly onto the surface and onto a clean microfiber towel. Begin wiping with gentle pressure, effectively removing oils, waxes, and fillers.

3. Drying: Allow the product to air dry or use a clean microfiber towel to dry the surface. You're now ready for the next step, whether it's applying a coating, wax, or another detailing product like our Graphene + Ceramic Coating or Graphene + Ceramic Wax.
