"Exactly what I ordered, the buffing bars are larger than expected. I don't have a mounted buffer, and I'm a welder/fabricator, so I have to make a mount to hold my hand buffer so I can put this to the test. My problem is the parts being buffed can't be held to buff with what I have, so building mount for what I have. I purchased this kit because I bought a new,too me, custom chopper motorcycle and it has aluminum that needs buffed horribly from sitting a long time, not being taken care of. Will add to post once I'm able to use the kit I bought and looking so forward to being able to do that. Thank you for a very nice,just like showed product."

Keep the pairings together so every stage builds on the finish created before it.
THREE-STAGE ADVANCED PROCESS
Mount the Orange Airway Wheel and pair it with the T121 Fast-Cutting Compound Bar. Run this first correction stage around 3,000 RPM.
Pair the Yellow Airway Wheel with True Green Coloring Compound. Use it around 2,500 RPM to refine the first step and add luster.
Use the Flannel Airway Wheel with Competition Purple Finishing Compound for a mirror-like shine. When working with stainless steel, this step should be performed around 1,800 RPM.

The Orange Airway Wheel performs the first cut, the Yellow Airway Wheel refines and adds color, and the Flannel Airway Wheel completes the final mirror-like polish.
Yes. Use T121 Fast-Cut with Orange, True Green with Yellow, and Competition Purple with the Flannel Airway Wheel.
Yes. It includes ten 5-inch Hook & Loop discs in each of three grits: 320, 600 and 800.
Yes. One Buffing Wheel Rake and one set of Safety Flanges for high-speed polishing are included. Always use the flanges when mounting the wheels.
Respiratory protection is strongly recommended, and gloves help keep your hands clean while adding some protection from the moving equipment. Follow all machine and wheel safety requirements.
