Renegade's Intermediate Aluminum & Stainless Polishing Mini Kit will take your aluminum and stainless steel surfaces to a high, lustrous shine using the same products professional polishers use in their shop every day. You can use this kit to simultaneously remove imperfections and add a polish to your wheels, fuel and oil tanks, exhaust pipes, bumpers, and almost any steel or aluminum surfaces.

How to use the Intermediate Aluminum & Stainless Polishing Mini Kit:

Step 1 

Prepare the surface by removing all surface contaminants and/or residues.

Step 2

Use the 8" Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel with the Q69 Synthetic Cutting Compound Bar at about 3000 RPM.

Step 3

Use the 8" UBM (Unbleached Muslin) Airway Buffing Wheel with our Blueberry Synthetic Finishing Compound at about 2,000 RPM.

Pro tips

• Use the EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish to maintain your shine and to get rid of chemical residue, water spots, and very minor surface imperfections.
  
• When machine polishing, always use safety glasses and a respirator mask.
• When machine polishing, be sure to use Safety Flanges.

Do you need to wear a respirator when metal polishing?

 What sander is best for metal polishing? 

We recommend two different sanders that you can use with your sanding process before going into your metal polishing with buffing wheels & buffing compound. One is corded and is great quality and the other is a cordless for those that have a little extra budget and want the added convenience. Both are fantastic quality and work with our sanding discs.
